Effective Date: July 31, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MYPRO | Elite Sports Network, including the MyPro360 web application, its social feed, Academy training courses, TV/live channels, events, and any related services (together, the “Service”), operated for the FSF MyPro platform (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MYPRO is used by three kinds of accounts: Players, Coaches, and Administrators. Players may be minors. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy on your behalf, and must provide the parent/guardian contact information and consent requested during profile completion. We rely on the accuracy of the information you and your parent/guardian provide, including date of birth, guardian contact details, and emergency/medical information collected as part of completing your player profile.
The Service lets you create posts, upload photos and videos (to your gallery, to posts, or as Academy practice-drill submissions), comment, follow other members, and participate in events. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your posts in the feed, or your practice video to the coach reviewing it).
You agree not to upload or post content that:
We may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate this section, through our administration and moderation tools.
The Academy section provides training courses and lesson content. Where a course requires a practice-drill video submission, your submission is reviewed by a coach or administrator, who may approve, reject, or request a re-upload. Certificates issued upon course completion reflect your activity on the Service and are not a professional or academic credential issued by any third-party accrediting body unless expressly stated.
You may register/RSVP to events published on the Service. Event details (date, time, location or join link, attendee limits) are set by the event organizer and may change; we are not responsible for the conduct of in-person or virtual events organized by other members or academies.
You agree not to:
We use administrator review tools to moderate posts, review reports submitted by members, and review Academy achievement submissions. We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently disable accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for content you upload, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Training content and drills are provided for informational and skill-development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or safety advice — always follow the guidance of a qualified coach, medical professional, and your own judgment regarding physical activity, especially where a medical condition has been disclosed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury sustained during training activities organized or discovered through the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Effective Date” above when changes are made.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the platform administrators through the Service’s support channels.
This document is a general template describing MYPRO’s actual features and is provided for transparency to users. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney; the platform operator should have these Terms reviewed by legal counsel before relying on them, particularly regarding minors’ data and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
