Effective Date: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MYPRO | Elite Sports Network (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MyPro360 web application (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. See also our Terms and Conditions.
Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash — we never store your plain-text password).
Player profile information (collected when completing your profile): date of birth, gender, team, country/address, phone number, and — because many players are minors — parent/guardian name, mobile number, and email. This information is used to identify players, enable coaching and Academy features, and, where the player is a minor, to record parental consent and a way to reach a guardian.
Emergency and medical information (optional, collected during profile completion): emergency contact name/phone, physician contact details, allergies, and medical conditions. This is sensitive health-related information you choose to provide; it is stored to help coaches and academy staff respond appropriately in an emergency and is not used for any other purpose, such as advertising.
Content you create: posts, comments, photos, videos (gallery uploads and Academy practice-drill submissions), and your profile photo. Uploaded media is stored with our cloud storage provider (Vercel Blob) and referenced from our database.
Usage and activity data: follows, likes, bookmarks, notifications, event RSVPs, course/drill progress, and achievement submissions — used to operate the features you interact with (e.g., showing your feed, your Academy progress, or who follows you).
Technical data: a signed session token stored in an HTTP-only cookie, used solely to keep you signed in; we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your medical/emergency contact information for marketing or advertising of any kind.
MYPRO is used by youth athletes. Where a player is a minor, we collect parent/guardian contact information and a parental-consent acknowledgment as part of completing the player’s profile. Parents/guardians may contact us through the platform’s administrators to review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information.
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Session tokens are signed and stored in HTTP-only cookies. Access to administrator tools is role-restricted. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
We retain account and profile information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information except where retention is required for legal, safety, or legitimate operational reasons (for example, moderation records related to a safety report).
We use a small number of essential, HTTP-only session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated through the Service.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to the platform administrators through the Service’s support channels.
This document is a general template describing MYPRO’s actual data practices and is provided for transparency to users. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney; the platform operator should have this Policy reviewed by legal counsel for compliance with applicable data-protection and children’s-privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, COPPA, or local equivalents) before relying on it.
